Chuck Rogers

Chuck started teaching Baptiste Power Vinyasa in 2012. His yoga practice began as a way to exercise after an injury kept him from enjoying other activities. Chuck’s interest in learning more about yoga grew when he discovered that the challenge in Power Vinyasa was not only the hard physical work, but also the mental challenge of finding ease when faced with difficulty.

Every class Chuck teaches challenges students to find new strength in the physical and mental aspects of their practice. Chuck’s work in fitness also extends to CrossFit, which shares a special exchange with yoga as a tool for personal growth. As a constant student, Chuck often experiments with different ways of teaching Vinyasa flow and is always happy to try out new styles of yoga.
