Amanda Duncan

After almost a decade of teaching yoga and meditation, Amanda's students have infused in her a deep appreciation for each person’s uniqueness, and how each one of us comes to the practice with our own complicated and intricate needs. Amanda enjoys fusing the best elements of hatha, yin, ashtanga, and restorative yoga so that each time you step on the mat, you get what you need. All students and all abilities always welcome.

Tiffany Bishop

Tiffany is a lifelong dancer who was introduced to Ashtanga yoga by a university dance professor. Decades later, she is still practicing, and a move to London gave her the opportunity to turn her interest into a career. She is certified as a children's yoga teacher from Karma Kids Yoga in New York and YogaBugs in the United Kingdom.

In 2016, she embarked on the life-changing journey of studying with Jamie Clarke, Dulce Aguilar, and The Yoga People, where she received her 200-hour teacher training certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga. She has since added Mandala Vinyasa, Yin, and Nadi Ball Method classes to her repertoire.

Her classes are athletic and energetic, embracing the transformative nature of yoga, breath-work, and meditation. Off the mat, Tiffany enjoys reading, dancing, and spending time with her daughter.

Jamie Argento

Jamie embraces the mantra that yoga is a journey, not a destination. She believes that every time we step onto the mat, every time we move through the asanas, and every time we breathe we have an opportunity to start anew. As a former Division I athlete, runner, and sports enthusiast, she values the balance and harmony between the physical strength and mindful peace that yoga cultivates. Her classes are soulful and energetic while providing students with opportunities to center and focus internally.

Jamie completed her RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance and is certified by Sytera Yoga in the Nadi Ball method. She loves to explore the many styles of yoga and you will often find her practicing in the studio. She welcomes people of all experiences and levels to join her classes. When not on the mat, you may find Jamie cheering for her college and high school-age children at soccer matches, volunteering in her community, dancing at Zumba classes, and working as a public defender.

Meghan Mullan

Meghan has been practicing yoga for more than thirty years, and she holds a 200-hour yoga teaching certification. Meghan uses breathwork, body awareness and music in her classes that are like a one-hour moving meditation. Meghan's style is fluid with a focus on alignment. Transitions are just as important as poses.

Meghan believes the yoga mat is a laboratory for self-understanding. She enjoys helping students to practice self-compassion. She is interested in her students' emotional and physical needs, and her classes are a warm and welcoming place to build community.

As a former elementary school teacher and former journalist, Meghan has a passion for clear communication. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two teenage sons. Meghan is inspired by nature, and she enjoys practicing yoga in the woods along with dog, Thunder.

Kathryn Talkington

Kathy started taking yoga about 12 years ago to find a calming activity to balance a stressful job and to complement other activities like biking and running. Since then, she has seen the many benefits of yoga - learning to listen to the body instead of pushing past pain, feeling the benefits of focusing on the breath, being in the moment, enabling the body to stretch a little deeper, and building strength and flexibility.

Kathy enjoys teaching a Vinyasa flow class while mixing in lots of different poses and modifications. Her hope is to both make yoga accessible to anyone who's interested and to offer some options for holding a pose a little longer or progressing through balance poses to test your edge - while keeping it fun. She likes to mix in a variety of music.

Kathy got her 200 hour yoga teacher certification through YogaFit, which stressed the importance of alignment for safe movement both on and off the mat.
