$39.00 Spring Equinox Mandala
This Spring Equinox, join Tiffany for a 90-minute Mandala Vinyasa +
Yin workshop inspired by the elements of Wood and Water - the energy of
fluid movement nourishing new growth.
Water teaches us adaptability and ease.
Wood reminds us to rise, reach, and grow.
Move in circles around the mat, tracing all four directions in a
playful, wave-like flow. Expect sweeping transitions, spirals, balancing
poses, and hip-opening movements that help you feel rooted and
expansive at the same time. Think: less marching forward, more dancing
with the season.
We'll prepare the body with grounding Yin shapes focused on the hips,
then build warmth through circular vinyasa flows, and finally seal the
practice with neutralizing Yin postures and a guided savasana to send
you into spring feeling clear and ready to bloom.
Expect:
• Mandala Vinyasa flow moving all around your mat
• Playful energy (it’s okay to get delightfully turned around)
• Deep, grounding Yin for integration
• A growth-minded guided visualization to close
This practice is about fluid strength — strong roots, flexible branches, and the wisdom to bend without breaking.
Come ready to move, soften, maybe wobble, maybe laugh, and leave feeling lighter.
All levels welcome. No green thumb required.

Tiffany Bishop
Tiffany is a lifelong dancer who was introduced to Ashtanga yoga by a university dance professor. Decades later, she is still practicing, and a move to London gave her the opportunity to turn her interest into a career. She is certified as a children's yoga teacher from Karma Kids Yoga in New York and YogaBugs in the United Kingdom.
In 2016, she embarked on the life-changing journey of studying with Jamie Clarke, Dulce Aguilar, and The Yoga People, where she received her 200-hour teacher training certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga. She has since added Mandala Vinyasa, Yin, and Nadi Ball Method classes to her repertoire.
Her classes are athletic and energetic, embracing the transformative nature of yoga, breath-work, and meditation. Off the mat, Tiffany enjoys reading, dancing, and spending time with her daughter.
