$65.00 Yin & Pins
Join us for a deeply nourishing Yin & Pins experience - an immersive workshop that blends the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga.
This special two-hour session begins with a gentle introduction to acupuncture, including how it supports the body's natural healing processes and offers relief from pain, hormonal imbalance, and (peri)menopausal symptoms. You'll also learn the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine and how it views energy, health, and seasonal transitions.
We'll move into a 60-minute Yin Yoga practice, targeting deep connective tissue release and preparing the body for profound rest. During the extended savasana, you'll receive ear acupuncture needles while being guided into Yoga Nidra - a state of deep relaxation designed to balance the nervous system and leave you feeling restored and connected.
Whether you're navigating stress, pain, or hormonal shifts, this workshop offers a gentle yet powerful reset for body, mind, and spirit.
All levels welcome.
