Michelle first came to yoga to support her lifelong passion for movement and sports—especially tennis. What began as a way to stay physically balanced quickly deepened into a practice that offered healing, clarity, compassion, and a profound sense of inner peace.
With a background in education, Michelle brings a thoughtful and therapeutic approach to her teaching. She blends intelligent sequencing with a heartfelt commitment to making yoga accessible, empowering, and deeply nourishing for the body, mind, and heart.
Michelle is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), trained through a therapeutic and alignment-based program that emphasizes mindful sequencing, functional movement, and personalized support to meet students where they are.
Outside of the studio, Michelle loves spending time in nature, experimenting in the kitchen, tending her garden, and playing tennis.
