After almost a decade of teaching yoga and meditation, Amanda's students have infused in her a deep appreciation for each person’s uniqueness, and how each one of us comes to the practice with our own complicated and intricate needs. Amanda enjoys fusing the best elements of hatha, yin, ashtanga, and restorative yoga so that each time you step on the mat, you get what you need. All students and all abilities always welcome.
Deanna is a Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist. She is a fan of food, fitness, and cooking, and loves teaching yoga, Pilates and Barre. She teaches "Pilates & Yoga Fusion" on Mondays at 4:00pm and Fridays at 7:00am at our Vienna studio.
Meg teaches from the sense of connection to her true self, to others, and to the community. She believes that yoga is for everybody and every body.
